Some 200 joint personnel have been alerted to conduct sweeping in the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Cipayung Sub-district, East Jakarta.

East Jakarta Mayor Muhammad Anwar said the sweeping target is business places that break the PSBB rules or still operate, crowds of people, as well as residents and riders who do not wear masks.

"We assign them to give appeals and understanding to residents thus they comply with the PSBB," he expressed, after he led a ceremony at Cipayung Sub-district Office, Thursday (5/14).

Cipayung Sub-district Head Fajar Eko Satrio added those personnel are sent to Lubang Buaya, Ceger, Bambu Apus, Setu, Cilangkap, Munjul, Pondok Ranggon and Cipayung urban villages.

"Checkpoints are at the McD Cipayung intersection, Jalan Raya Ganceng and at the Pondok Ranggon TPU junction that serves as the border area of Depok, Bekasi and East Jakarta," he stated.
